reproduced my 1994 master's thesis
without my permission. In fact, I specifically told Robert Countess
earlier
this year (via email and standard post) that he DID NOT have my
permission to publish my thesis online.
By hosting these pages, you are infringing upon my intellectual

copyright without my consent. Please remove the files from your
servers within 5 days.

Of course, Bob Countess has nothing to do with our operations. Anyway, theses are public documents. We did not infringe the author's rights as we did aknowledge his authorship. Theses are displayed in university libraries as they belong to the public who pays for them in giving publicly doctortal diplomas. It does not seem Mr Eaton is ready to renounce his degree and title.
It is not the clever way to minimize the thesis written by him ten years ago. In many countries, ten years is the length necessary for the statute of limitation. The cat is now out the bag. We are looking for no bags and no gags.
