A pamphlet (in Arabic) on Historical Revisionism, the 'Jewish holocaust', and their connections to the Palestine question. The pamphlet, by Ibrahim Alloush, includes chapters on what happened to the cancelled Conference on Historical Revisionism and Zionism in Beirut that was supposed to convene in late March 2001, who the revisionists are and why the 'holocaust' is of concern to Palestinians, Arabs, and Muslims, as well as translated excerpts of Robert Faurisson and Mark Weber, and many other items. The pamphlet is dedicated to the memory of Audre Pinque, a revisionist who died in a car crash on March 12, 2002. To view the pamphlet, go to: http://www.freearabvoice.org/arabi/kuttab/alMuarakhuna/

We are a group of people, in France and in other places, who
have been struggling against colonialism and imperialism since
more than 30 years. We have joined those who are labeled by the
Western press as "Holocaust Revisionists": they are
people who just call for the use of routine historical methodology
in studying the fate of the Jews in Nazi-occupied Europe during
WW2. Applying these ordinary methods has drastically altered the
image of the Jewish story of "Holocaust" which had been
handed down to us by the books and the press. We have demonstrated
that there never was an industrial apparatus to kill the Jews,
that there was no plan for genocide and that the figure of 6 Million
is purely mythical, although, of course, nobody denies that Jews
as a whole suffered terribly from the Nazi policy of deportation.
More and more, Israel is exploiting the Holocaust story to paralyze public opinion in the West, to make it feel guilty of an imaginary complicity, and to secure a steady flow of money, armament, commercial benefits and diplomatic support, without which Israel would not last more than a few weeks. This story is not aimed at the Arabs, but at the Europeans and Americans, especially the Jews living among them, who were historically reticent or hostile to the idea of a Jewish state.
When we see the violent outbursts of anger displayed in France when we published the conclusion of our works, or in Switzerland, in Germany, in Canada and elsewhere, the mobilization of police, justice, government agencies, the big press, we were stunned by the disproportion between our weakness and the enormity of their strength. On one hand, some individuals buried in their documents and archives, wrote some short articles. On the other hand, all the states powers, harnessed by the Zionist organizations, unleash a flow of threats, insults, attempts to kick the researchers from their job, bring them to court, search their home, kill their pets, confiscate their papers and computers, impose heavy fines as if the revisionist writers were bloodthirsty monsters, rocking the very foundations of civilized society.
In fact, that is what they do. They touch the raw nerve, they reach the core of the system by which Zionists accumulate their power and dominate the foreign governments. Israel needs to be beyond criticism and the Holocaust story, whether true or not, is used to fascinate and paralyze the West, as the snake paralyzes the rabbit before swallowing it.
We, a tiny collection of dedicated individuals, trigger enormous reactions, incommensurate with our own achievements. Zionist organization, in the US and elsewhere, spend annually tens of millions of dollars to fend us off, to build more Holocaust Museums, finance more Holocaust teachings, from kindergarten to University, shoot more films and TV shows, publish more articles and books, just to undermine the lasting effect we have on public opinion worldwide. This influence we owe to nothing but the seriousness of our work.
After all, we could have been wrong. Since 20 years, new archives have been opened; new documents have been produced; new expertise could have been applied; but nothing so far has proved us wrong; no conclusive evidence has been established in 20 years by this formidable array of judges, policemen, historians, writers and intellectuals committed to the support of Israel. One of their leaders, Elie Wiesel is now lamenting: "Better not look into the gas chamber". They try to make it "sacred" to avoid scrutiny. This is a cheap trick.
Of course, we are perfectly aware of the fact that Revisionism is now by and large known and accepted in the Arab world. This is due, in big part, to the fame surrounding the book of Roger Garaudy, heavily condemned by the French courts (US $ 50.000). This book provided a very short summary of our findings. The book has been accepted because of its ideas. But Revisionist really deal with facts. Ideas about facts are anybody's choice. We consider our task as bringing the facts to the light, when they are shrouded in obscurity. We see no reasons why thinkers, writers, intellectuals and educated persons in the Arab world should be excluded from this knowledge of facts and not be allowed to form their own opinion on these very facts, in their own language.
So far, less than one percent of revisionist scholarly works has been translated into Arabic. Since every publication in France and in some
other countries is attracting heavy fines, we have turned to Internet to display a complete file on the revisionist research. We regularly add documents, press reports, out-of-print books and we also dare to publish our adversaries. We want the readers to be able to browse from one document to the other, from one affair to the other, without restriction. We have displayed, in three years, around 800 documents, close to 8,000 pages, in 6 languages, including Indonesian. We feel we are only half way through. We would like to open an Arabic section. Internet is an education medium and its role is growing by the day. We work in fact for the next generation, when Internet will be the most common source of information for everyone in everyday's life. We believe our Arab friends deserve an equal access in their own language. Techically, it will come to them as it came to us.
In this perspective, we are looking for partners in translating
texts into Arabic. As we know the question in depth, we would
like to suggest some kind of logical order in our choice of what
should be translated first. We propose the following guidelines:
-- We select and send a text, in French or English, to our partners in the Arab countries.
-- If our partner agree, he sends us back an Arabic translation on a computer diskette and on paper (printout).
-- We then put it on our Internet Web site (named AAARGH), in the Arabic section. We manage the technicalities and cover the cost, which, in any case, is not high.
-- Our partners remain free to publish, print or disseminate the translated text, as they see fit. They can make use, of course, of other documents they would find on our Web site.
Although we are based in Europe, with an international team,
we have our postal address in the USA, where revisionism is legal.

Our goal is to have our Arab friends help themselves. In so doing, they will help us too. We have a common enemy: those people who believe they can freely manipulate and dominate the world. All the Human Rights Charters agree that rebellion against oppression is legitimate. We believe in this! Share with us!

We see the act of displaying a written document on Internet as the equivalent to displaying it on the shelves of a public library. It costs us a modicum of labor and money. The only benefit accrues to the reader who, we surmise, thinks by himself. A reader looks for a document on the Web at his or her own risks. As for the author, there is no reason to suppose that he or she shares any responsibilty for other writings displayed on this Site. Because laws enforcing a specific censorship on some historical question apply in various countries (Germany, France, Israel, Switzerland, Canada, and others) we do not ask their permission from authors living in thoses places: they wouldn't have the freedom to consent.
We believe we are protected by the Human Rights Charter:
ARTICLE 19. <Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.>The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on December 10, 1948, in Paris.
